* A Summary view of surveys only shows answer totals while a Detailed View shows a breakdown of responses by various factors such as demographics, age group, and so on. Note that users with a Basic account will have access to Detailed Views for their own surveys only.

** A Pro account is an upgrade to the Basic plan so you will need to create a Basic user account before accessing the Pro benefits

***A Sponsor requires personal verification to become a certified member. Sponsorship is intended for commercial and research applications but is not necessarily limited to that.

Note: The Support levels are Basic (7-10 days response time), Full (3-5 days response) and Priority (1-2 days response). Response time is based on demand and we will do our best to solve any technical issues as fast as possible.
